We have been dealing with Porky’s for over 15 years. They installed 2 fireplaces and have provided the servicing for each over this period of time. Alex and Nate are the two service technicians who have looked after our servicing and we thank them very much for being more than just service technicians, but more like family members. We went to Porky's looking for a gas insert fireplace. We had dealt with them before, and the interior designer helping us also recommended them. We met Nathan and he was great - he is an installer and knows all the ins and outs of the products; his knowledge and advice impressed us very much. He came out and measured our space and again, gave us good advice for some of the small customization we would need to decide on. On installation day, it was Nathan again, and another gentlemen, Alex, who came. Their workmanship, communication, instruction and clean-up were all top notch. A great experience from start to finish.
