This cooking dome is perfect for crisping pizza, or melting cheese. Designed from heavy cast iron and coated with a durable matte porcelain finish. The dome integrates with the 69842 Rectangular Pizza Stone,11341 Plancha or 11242 cast iron griddle to trap heat downwards and radiate it onto what you’re baking on your grill.
