As an authorized repair facility, we stock and can source parts for every brand that we carry, we also have some universal parts.

We sell a lot of barbecue parts, and want to assist you to easily find the correct parts for your grill easily and quickly.

Here's a guide to finding the right replacement parts for your grill:

1. Check Your Owner & Assembly Manual:

This is the first and most recommended step. Porky's provided you with the manual at your time of purchase.
Your manual contains a barbecue diagram and a parts list, usually located at the back.
Identify the parts you need in the diagram and find the corresponding number on the parts list to get the correct part numbers.

2. Locate Your Unit's Model and Serial Number:

If you don't have your manual, finding this information is crucial. It's nearly impossible to find correct parts without them.
Where to Locate: Look for a white or silver rating plate on your barbecue. Common locations include:
- The back panel.
- Inside one of the doors or panels.
- On older Weber grills, it might be on the side of the drip tray "L" bracket inside the cart.

3. You can also Utilize Online Manual/Schematic Libraries:

Many major barbecue brands offer digital copies of their manuals and schematics online.
For Broil King, Weber, and Napoleon: Use their dedicated manual finders:
Your Napoleon BBQ might still be under warranty – click above to find out. Napoleon customers can submit warranty claims directly and use webchats to chat directly with the manufacturer.
For Weber cooking grates: customers can utilize their guide found here: Weber Cooking Grids
For other brands: Check your brand's website and look for a "manual finder" in their support section.
Once you've found your digital manual, you can locate the parts list and diagram to determine the correct part numbers.

4. Please Contact Porky's In Advance

If you purchased your grill elsewhere, have your model number and/or serial number ready.

It's best to call or email this information to us at Porky's before visiting the store to ensure efficient service. We can pull/prepare your order to save you time!
Important Note: Descriptions like "a picture of a flavour bar," "a Weber with a silver lid," or "a Broil King that might be 8 or 15 years old" are not sufficient to accurately determine parts due to the vast number of models. You must provide model and/or serial numbers for accurate identification.

5. Warranty Service:

Porky's is an approved servicing Dealer for the majority of brands that we sell. Coverage's vary by brand and model.

NOTE: 2023 Weber Amendment to the Exclusion of Warranty

This statement of the Exclusion of Warranty has been amended.

Previous statement:
Any parts that are used and/or installed on your WEBER product that are not genuine WEBER parts are not covered by this Warranty. Any damages that result from the use and/or installation of parts on your WEBER product that are not genuine WEBER parts are not covered by this Warranty.

Replace with new statement:
Using third party parts will not void this Warranty. However, any parts that are used and/or installed on your WEBER product that are not genuine WEBER parts are not covered by this Warranty. In addition, any damages that result from the use and/or installation of parts on your WEBER product that are not genuine WEBER parts are not covered by this Warranty. Any conversion of a gas grill not authorized by WEBER and performed by a WEBER authorized service technician will void this Warranty.
