We have been dealing with Porky’s for over 15 years. They installed 2 fireplaces and have provided the servicing for each over this period of time. Alex and Nate are the two service technicians who have looked after our servicing and we thank them very much for being more than just service technicians, but more like family members. The care and responsibility they take when they are here is greatly appreciated. We are more than happy to tell everyone we know about the great work that Porky’s does for the community, but more importantly, the great work Alex and Nate do for us.

I’ve used Porkys for all things gas related and even bought my BBQ through them. Service is excellent every time. Alex did my gas line to the BBQ and checked out my fireplace recently and did a fantastic job getting it back in working order for the winter!

We went to Porky's looking for a gas insert fireplace. We had dealt with them before, and the interior designer helping us also recommended them. We met Nathan and he was great - he is an installer and knows all the ins and outs of the products; his knowledge and advice impressed us very much. He came out and measured our space and again, gave us good advice for some of the small customization we would need to decide on. On installation day, it was Nathan again, and another gentlemen, Alex, who came. Their workmanship, communication, instruction and clean-up were all top notch. A great experience from start to finish.

Porky's has legitimately been one of my favourite places to have shopped. The experience from begining to end has been seamless and easy for all of our purchases, questions, servicing, etc. To date, I have purchased two major items from Porky's, and for both items the sales process, communication, service, etc. have been second to none. The entire sales and service team require a huge shout out. Most specifically: - Quinton, who knows me simply by my voice on the phone at this point, and has been so amazing to deal with every single time I've had to call or sporatically drop by for questions - Mike, who is a superstar that helps with all of my ridiculous questions about my hot tub... questions which we both know I should already know the answer to, but definitely ask anyways. After many on-site vendor and contractor consultations, product reviews and options, we selected a Valor linear gas fireplace from Porky's showroom for our Great Room reno. George was very much hands on with this particular Porky's installation which was the only one that met all of our specifications and needs including our requirement for an inset television and audio system that would see the walls remain "cool" during the extended operation of the gas fireplace while creating a closer "gap" between the tv and the fireplace (tv sits much lower & fireplace sits higher off the floor). Porky's managed the overall project & installation plan including a spec. drawing from our coordinated design concept which allowed us to not have to deal with multiple contractors. George & his team communicated progress the entire time and everyone was extremely courteous, professional & always kept the cleanliness of our home/reno as a top priority during every phase and step of the transformation. The project went along seamlessly and they met the project timeline of a week which included dismantling the old fireplace, framing the new walls, drywall, primer and running new vent and gas lines. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the product, the project, the installation, and George & the entire Porky's team. All good people, doing honest, high quality, thoughtful work at a competitive price. We would highly recommend Porky's to anyone.

On April 22 2024 we had your gas installers at our home and I would like to thank the guys that installed our gas line and new Weber's BBQ. We had a great customer experience as not only did the guys that helped us in selecting the right BBQ for us they were also the ones who were on site that installed our BBQ. The guys were very informative and polite with the install and walked me through how the install was going to go and what to expect. This is our second time as a family buying a gas fireplace from Porky's and we were super pleased again! Adam helped find the perfect priced fireplace and set up delivery and install super fast with such short notice. He knows his stuff! Kylie's service was remarkable to get things coordinated for a new gas-line install & BBQ purchase, and the techs were very punctual and efficient with helping me get the line installed, along with setting up the BBQ, and getting my stove hooked up. I have a Broil King Sovereign grill that was purchased at Porky's 13 years ago. I just had it repaired last week by Alex, their service technician and he replaced all the burners and most of the other parts that had deteriorated over many years. One of the old burners was completely broken through and I was too scared to use it the past 3 years. I finally got around to calling them and I'm really glad I did. We basically have a brand new barbecue that works just like it did 13 years ago at a fraction of the price of replacing it. We really missed barbecuing, and have been doing it everyday since it has been repaired. 😃 Thank you Porky's!

Porky’s was amazing and more importantly Jennifer McGrath is who I dealt with at Porky’s for my warranty. My Hot Tub is very close to the warranty expiring and they replaced the main pump and the circulation pump within a week of me asking them to send out a technician to look at it. The pumps were working but making more noise than normal. I would highly recommend Pork’s if your looking for a Hot Tub, they are very friendly, knowledgeable and simply just good at what they do. What a great experience with Kylie and Porky’s. My 23 year old son has taken an interest in cooking and has been talking about a smoker for a couple of years. Today I emailed Porky’s to see what options I had. Kylie responded to me within in a few minutes via email and then text. I have just finished my Christmas Shopping with Kylie who was incredibly helpful, discussed options and anything I would need to have it ready to go. They are delivering and setting it up Dec 23. How awesome is that? I would highly recommend them. We are stopping by Monday to pay and have a look around the store. Who know’s maybe this Momma will finally get that hot tub I’ve been looking at. ;)

Got a new gas fireplace from the people at Porky’s. All the guys I talked to and seen, were extremely friendly and helpful in every way. Then there was the two guys, Alex and Nate, that came for the install. These two guys were amazing. Very friendly and went way above and beyond to make a perfect installation, without having to make any extra holes or alterations to what already existed. Porky’s will be my first phone call in the future if I possibly get another fireplace.

Purchased a Broil King Baron last year. Bought it over the phone and when I got home it was set up and the old one was taken away. Excellent service and have been enjoying the quality of the BBQ ever since. If you're looking for a quality BBQ backed with exceptional service I highly recommend Porky's.

Excellent sales and service! Porky's helped us choose the perfect gas fireplace insert for our needs and our home. Staff were very knowledgeable and great to work with. They were very easy to get in touch with after our first visit to the showroom when we had questions. We had trouble making up our minds on the front cover for the insert, so they brought both out to the install so we could see how they looked in our house. The installers were very professional and wonderful to work with. They did a great job and treated our house/install as if it were their own. We had a small issue with our gas supply, that wasn't their fault at all and that I noticed the evening after the install, but they came back the next business day to take care of it for us, and now everything works perfectly. Will definitely go back to Porky's when it is time to add a hot tub! Highly recommend Porky's for all your fireplace needs, and I'm sure I'll have the same recommendation for hot tubs!

We chose Porky's for our hot tub purchase and we are very glad that we did. The purchase and delivery process was super easy, and Mike was very helpful in teaching us how to properly maintain the chemicals. When they say that they stand behind their products, they're not kidding. We had an issue with our tub (which we were assured is rare!), and both Porky's and Marquis came through to make it right. Big shout out to Jennifer and Alex in service, they pulled out all the stops to make sure our issue was resolved and that we were happy.

Thanks Adam and the staff at Porky's for helping me out with a defective remote for my fireplace. Another fireplace company insisted that I needed an expensive service call because it was difficult to sync the new remote and fireplace when all I needed was a paper clip. Great, honest service without the up sell pressure.

I purchased a hot tub and stairs from them. Had a bit of a hiccup as they poured my concrete pad and didn't account for the stairs I had purchased. They were able to resolve the issue with tact and grace and keep me a happy customer. They have been tremendously helpful with tub chemistry and support when needed. They have personable staff who will call you back if they can't give you an answer real time. Love my tub as well Marquise v84L. Really efficient and excellent hydro therapy. Go here trust them and buy a tub at a great value. You will not regret it.

Just read all the bad reviews. We have never experienced any troubles reported, and we now have 2 bbq’s and a hot tub from Porky’s, and plan on getting a fireplace from them in the near future. Everyone we have dealt with at Porky’s, from George to Mike, to Jenn, to all of the other helpful staff, are always helpful, patient, and most of all knowledgeable. Two weeks ago, John and his associate delivered our new Marquis hot tub and took our old, broken down tub away. It was easy, quick, and John took tonnes of time to explain some things about the hot tub afterwards. When my electrician needed to ask them a question, George was available right away to help. We just got out of the hot tub and are enjoying it very much. Very happy with Porky’s.

I love the service at Porky's! They really have a great depth of knowledge about their products and they are more than willing to share. Even if you aren't buying anything then and there you'll get high quality, well informed, and polite treatment. Their prices, while not cheap, are a good deal for the excellent quality of their products. We just had a Valor replacement fireplace insert installed in our condo. We'd had a number of quotes - but were impressed by Porky's from the start. Adam's depth of front-line industry experience, his professionalism and positive attitude in addition to his pride in his team convinced us. The installers, Nate and Alex are outstanding - skilled and focused on the job - work well as a team - very positive. They were happy to answer our questions. Bought a Regency fireplace a few years back from Porky's. Had a few recurring problems with the fireplace staying lit. Owner George's crew came yesterday - recognized some structural issues and fixed it at no charge. It works just like in the showroom. Porky's Is excellent with product and customer service. First of all it’s great that porkys is open on a Sunday. Went into the store to buy my simple old cleansers for the hottub. Jessica was supper helpful and actually got me hooked on the Lixi product. We live in a designated heritage home in London, Ontario. Our bedroom was at one time heated by coal in a fireplace beautifully tiled with Minton tiles from the 1880s. The tiles are also designated heritage so, of course, we were cautious about getting things right. We knew we wanted a Valor unit, and contacted Porky's. Our service right from the beginning was stellar. Adam did a sight visit to see first-hand the requirements of the job. It was suggested for our space and look we use Valor's President for our space which turned out to be perfect. Our installers, Nathan and Alex, were top-notch every step of the way. We were impressed with their expertise and professionalism ...........thanks to the Porky's team, our bedroom has been restored to it's original beauty.

I have not bought anything from these guys, and only went in to get my water tested and could not get over the customer service! wow I am so impressed and simply regret not buying a hot tub from these guys. I will for sure be keeping them in mind for all future purchases.

Went down with my wife and in an hour we found the barbecue that fit our budget and needs. The sales associates are not on commission so there is no huge pressure to buy. The barbecues here are more than the $400 ones you find at many big box stores; but you won't be buying a new one every year or two. Higher grade stainless steel (Yes there are different grades of stainless steel), replacement parts and a history to back up their parts and labor.

Porkys were great to work with. When they said they were coming to install our free standing gas fire place they came, and on time, if I asked questions while they we here installing it, they answered them , The guys that insalled it were great and cleaned up after. George stands behind everything he sells. He does not sell crap. He is right that buying cheap product ends up costing more in the long run. Would be nice to have a referral points system or customer rewards program to purchase bbq or spa materials or even Wicked Pickles or Wicked Asparagus!!!!!!!!
