Cast Iron Cooking Grid

If you treat cast iron grills right, they can last you a lifetime! But... if you don't show them any love and are reluctant to grill on them often (so they stay nice and oiled up), then they may just rust out on you.

Cast iron is great for heat retention, even heat distribution, and those sear marks.
